SHIPPING
Shipping handling time is two business days. Orders placed on a weekend (Saturday-Sunday) or Holiday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.
A delivery attempt on or before the guaranteed delivery date is considered a timely delivery.
Deliveries made after the guaranteed delivery date caused by severe weather or carrier delays is out of our control if tracking indicated that is was shipped according to our handling time.
RETURNS
Buyers will have the opportunity to request a return 5 days from time of delivery ONLY if the item has been unused or undamaged from the buyer.
Buyers will pay for return shipping with tracking and send them item in the same condition as it was received and described in the listing. Once the item is received and inspected to be in the same condition as it was sold a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days minus the original shipping charges. If the item received/returned is not in the same condition as it was sent and described in the original listing and is found to be used or damaged a deduction up to 50% from the refund will be deducted to recover the lost value fo the item.
If at time of delivery the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, free return shipping will be provided and a full refund will be issued along with original shipping charges.
