This is a beautiful and extremely RARE concert t-shirt from multi-format Southern Cal Band, CAMPER VAN BEETHOVEN. The band started out in Redlands as a hardcore punk band and then moved to Santa Cruz where they were one of the original alternative West Coast bands. Eventually several of the band's members morphed into Cracker and one even joined Counting Crows, but the band persevered. This shirt is from their 1989 U.S. tour in support of Key Lime Pie. It is a gorgeous vintage, licensed, screen-printed, single-stitched concert t-shirt, printed on a Screen Stars Best, 50/50 cotton blend blank. The artwork by renowned album artist, Pamela Kodi, and coloration on this shirt is absolutely gorgeous...no cracking, no fading, no holes, just perfect!! This is a real concert shirt.

This is from a huge collection of vintage, licensed t-shirts from a closed record store, that have been in storage for over 25 years. They have never been worn or washed but may be a little dusty. This is not one of the many bootlegs from Bulgaria, China or Indonesia.
