This is an original Cher poster set. It consists of an original promotional flat for her 1989 "Heart of Stone" album. There is also an original 1999 "Do You Believe?" tour unused ticket and a photo pass from Cher's "Farewell" tour. Each set has been professionally mounted and matted. This piece is 16 inches by 20 inches and has been matted with reinforced cardboard backing for extra protection. All that's needed is a frame and you've got one heckuva collectible. CherFitness: Body Confidence is the second fitness video by singer and actress Cher.
After the success of her debut fitness video, CherFitness: A New Attitude just a year previously, Cher released a follow-up.
Again, it was under the "CherFitness" brand.
The programme is very similar to the previous one, due to it having the same team behind it.
It also has the same set, although with a different background, this time blue instead of orange/yellow.
Like her previous fitness video, this one was co-promoted with The NutraSweet Company.
Unlike the first Cher fitness video, this video is not her own personal workout programme, with her describing herself as a "Student" with the viewer.
It begins with a 38 workout called "The Hot Dance," finishing with 45 minutes of "Resistance Band Training.
The video includes Cher's own selection of music to make your workout even more fun" including her own 1989 monster hit, "If I Could Turn Back Time".
