This offer is for an EMPTY cd Longbox by Radney Foster of the album release called " Del Rio, TX  1959 " . This Longbox release was originally issued in 1992 on the Arista  Records label with a CAT. NR . :18713-2  .    The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This cardboard longbox protected the condition of the cd & jewel case and provided a nice graphical marketing tool as well.   The Longbox gave way, by the mid-90's,  to the more simple form of shrink wrap protection.  Now, only a select few titles become available in a longbox packaging for retail.   These longboxes are in demand for avid fans adding to one's  personal album or cd collection.  You can Hang them on a Wall or Place them on a Shelf  for Decor of your Office , Dorm Room , or Entertainment Area of your house.   Many Collectors & Avid Fans today place and store their own cd's back inside the Longbox as well.
This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1/2" d .  The cd was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in somewhat good condition - with the original shrink wrap still intact - keeping the dimensional integrity.  This longbox has Never been flattened or removed from its original shrink wrap .  This longbox was cut open on the front side at the very bottom adjacent to the bottom flap  -  to remove the cd a number of years ago.   The cut mark made on the front side along the very bottom front side flap seam , caused the front bottom flap to become detached and is attached still to the bottom back flap .   The back side bottom flap is fully intact.  The missing flap on the bottom is not too noticeable or distracting for front side viewing - as the cut was made right along the bottom-front seam.   There is some creasing and storage wear to the bottom flap,  but does not affect front side viewing too much .
Again, this longbox is empty and No CD is Included with this purchase .
