This offer is for an EMPTY cd Longbox by Steve Winwood of the album release called " Talking Back To The Night "   . This longbox release was originally issued in the 80' on the Island Records label with a CAT. NR . :842 366-2.    The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This cardboard longbox protected the condition of the cd & jewel case and provided a nice graphical marketing tool as well.   The Longbox gave way, by the mid-90's,  to the more simple form of shrink wrap protection.  Now, only a select few titles become available in a longbox packaging for retail.   These longboxes are in demand for avid fans adding to one's  personal album or cd collection.  You can Hang them on a Wall or Place them on a Shelf  for Decor of your Office , Dorm Room , or Entertainment Area of your house.   Many Collectors & Avid Fans today place and store their own cd's back inside the Longbox as well.
This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1/2" d .  The cd was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in good condition - with the original shrink wrap still intact - keeping the dimensional integrity.  This longbox has Never been flattened or removed from its original shrink wrap .  This longbox was cut open on the back side with a razor blade near the very bottom - adjacent to the bottom flap -  to remove the cd a number of years ago.  The cut mark made on the back side is made about 1/4" inch from the bottom seam adjacent to the bottom flap.  The cut mark made on the back side also cut a slight 1 1/2" inch horizontal cut into the front side . near the bottom.  The slight cut is hardly noticeable for front side viewing.   There are a few light crease marks on the front and back sides  that are not too noticeable for front or back side viewing and are not distracting as well.
Again, this longbox is empty and No CD is Included with this purchase .
