This offer is for an EMPTY cd Longbox by Styx of the album release called " Caught In The Act : Live "  .  This Longbox release was originally issued in the 80's on the A& M  Records label with a CAT. NR . : 6514 .     The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This cardboard longbox protected the condition of the cd & jewel case and provided a nice graphical marketing tool as well.   The Longbox gave way, by the mid-90's,  to the more simple form of shrink wrap protection.  Now, only a select few titles become available in a longbox packaging for retail.   These longboxes are in demand for avid fans adding to one's  personal album or cd collection.  You can Hang them on a Wall or Place them on a Shelf  for Decor of your Office , Dorm Room , or Entertainment Area of your house.   Many Collectors & Avid Fans today place and store their own cd's back inside the Longbox as well.
This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1" d .  The 2 cd set was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in Nice condition - and is still housed in it's original Shrink wrap. This longbox has never been flattened and still has it's original dimensional integrity. The double-thick longbox was cut open over the bottom flap -  to remove the cd set - a number of years ago. The bottom & Top flaps fold back nicely into the longbox.

NR . : 510 932-2 .     The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1/2" d .  The cd was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in Nice condition - with the original shrink wrap still intact - keeping the dimensional integrity.  This longbox has Never been flattened or removed from its original shrink wrap .  This longbox was cut open on the back side at the very bottom adjacent to the bottom flap  -  to remove the cd a number of years ago.   The cut mark made on the back side at the very bottom was made about 1/16"  inch from the very back side bottom seam.   There is a very slight compression creasing on the spine side aat the very top on the right.  This small compression creasing to the spine is hardly noticeable for front side viewing.
Again, this longbox is empty and No CD is Included with this purchase .
